Membership CHANGE POLICY

At Urban Athletics, we understand that life can sometimes lead to changes in your fitness routine. To ensure transparency and fairness, we have developed the following cancellation policy:

  1. Cancellation Period: Members may cancel their membership at any time. However, to avoid additional charges, cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to the desired termination date.

  2. Cancellation Process: Members can submit a cancellation request through our website. It is important to receive a cancellation confirmation for your records.

  3. Membership Fees: Members remain responsible for any membership fees that accrue during the 30-day notice period. No refunds will be issued for the remaining days of the membership after cancellation.

  4. Medical Reasons: In case of a medical condition that prevents the member from using our facilities, we may consider waiving the early termination fee.

  5. Membership Freeze: Members may request a membership freeze for a maximum of 30 days. During the freeze period, no membership fees will be charged.

  6. Refund Policy: Membership fees are non-refundable, except for the initial 7 days after signing up, during which a full refund can be requested. After this period, no refunds will be issued.

  7. Changes to Membership: Members can upgrade or downgrade their membership by notifying us via email. Changes will be reflected in the next billing cycle.

  8. Communication of Changes: Members will be notified of any changes to the cancellation policy at least 30 days in advance.

By signing up for a membership at Urban Athletics, members agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this cancellation policy.
